Join Hometown Connections Section in Public Power Expo at APPA’s 2018 National Conference

Per standard policy, Hometown Connections is arranging for our vendors to receive a discount for a 10×10′ booth in the Public Power Expo area at APPA’s 2018 National Conference, June 15-20, in New Orleans.

The Public Power Expo at the 2018 National Conference will be open June 18 and 19. The booths of participating Hometown vendors will be placed together.  If you are planning to participate, please let Susan Ryba know ASAP. She needs the name/title/email for each staff person who will be representing your company at the Conference, including who will be the primary contact for booth logistics. After Susan assigns your booth space, APPA will send the primary contact a confirmation packet with the booth logistics info. After confirming which vendors will join us and the costs for carpeting the Hometown section and other exhibitor services, Hometown will invoice each vendor for their share of the Expo space.

In the National Conference’s Public Power Expo, the Hometown Connections section covers booths 103/105/107/109/202/203/204/205/206/208/209, per this floor plan:

The Hometown Connections area in the Public Power Expo is typically branded by a red carpet and there are no divider walls between the booths. Plus, Hometown provides each vendor a black table runner with the Hometown logo in white, for display on the 6-foot table at the front of the booth.

Note: For Hometown vendors exhibiting in the Expo, there is no exhibit registration fee for employees.  If a vendor staff person is speaking at the National Conference, vendor employees may attend that session without paying the attendee registration fee. However, the attendee registration fee is required to attend other Conference sessions.
