Manager of Compliance and Distribution Services, Energy Southeast (formerly Alabama Municipal Electric Authority)

With over 30 years of experience in the municipal electric utility industry, Mark Ennis assists with regulatory compliance activities for Energy Southeast and regulatory compliance support for members. In addition, Mr. Ennis coordinates services that support Energy Southeast members in the operation of their electrical distribution systems. Prior to joining Energy Southeast in 2013, Mr. Ennis served as General Manager of the Utilities Board of the City of Tuskegee for over 10 years. He also served as the General Manager of the Water, Light and Gas Commission in Monroe, GA, and as the Director of the Light and Power Department of the City of Opelika, AL.
