
CEO/President & General Manager Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission & Missouri Public Utility Alliance
As President and General Manager of the Missouri Public Utility Alliance since 1999, Duncan Kincheloe serves as Chief Executive Officer of the three MPUA organizations: the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission (MJMEUC), the Municipal Gas Commission of Missouri, and the Missouri Association of Municipal Utilities. He is responsible directly to the separate Boards of Directors of each MPUA organization. He also chairs the Board of Directors and serves as CEO of the MPUA Resource Services Corporation, established in 2017 as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization facilitating new services for MPUA. Kincheloe has chaired the boards of the Transmission Access Policy Studies Group (TAPS), a national organization of transmission-dependent utilities, and the Prairie State Generating Company, and continues to serve on both of those boards. He was awarded the James D. Donovan Individual Achievement Award by the American Public Power Association in 2018.
