Front Line / Lead Manager - Leadership Essentials Training is customized to build foundational manager skills to enable the transition from individual contributors to people manager. Delivered in person, remotely and in hybrid formats.
Our customized interactive design uses a head (knowledge), hands (application) and heart (reflection and commitment) framework to ensure participants are prepared to begin applying new skills as soon as they leave training. Common topics include the role of leader, individual development, clear direction and empowerment, giving & receiving feedback, motivating & developing others, and coaching for performance.
Field Operations Supervisor Training is customized to master the language, interactions, and behaviors that will improve operational performance in the short term and individual growth supervisors aspire to long term.
Based on needs analysis, we customize programs to upskill your employees based on unique needs and challenges experienced in the field in an external operations culture. A goal of this program is to turn supervisors into leaders by embedding the concept of a “boss” for someone who encourages, leads by example and always has their team’s best interests at heart. Common topics include managing time and tasks, communicating effectively, collaborating with others, managing my career, and giving and receiving feedback.
Custom team workshops focus on specific outcomes such as: aligning goals to the utility’s mission / vision / values, working through interpersonal challenges, or driving accountability.
Based on the manager’s / sponsor’s objectives we develop and facilitate custom workshops. Workshops typically include activities to increase team trust and gain alignment on the needs and opportunities. Based on the specific objectives our seasoned coaches and facilitators guide the team through highly interaction exercise driving understanding, commitment, accountability to unlock performance.
